WARRIOR RUN MIDDLE SCHOOL
STUDENTS OF THE MONTH
The Warrior Run Middle School announces the recipients of the Student of the Month Award for the month of February.
The recipients are chosen by a vote of the middle school faculty and the award is given to the member of each class that have the following qualifications; courteousness, eager to learn and participate in class, at least a C average, good school citizen, well rounded individual and shows leadership potential.
The award winners for the month of February are:
Grade 5: Rachel Yohn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Yohn
Grade 6: Cecilia Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brown II
Grade 7: Kierra Trivelpiece, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brent Trivelpiece
Grade 8: Sarah Jones, daughter of Ms. Michelle Jones

TURBOTVILLE — The Warrior Run school board unanimously adopted a 2013-14 budget Monday that includes a property tax increase of .33 mills in Montour County, 2.97 mills in Northumberland County and .51 mills in Union County.
