MIDDLEBURG -- The following Midd-West Middle School students have been selected to participate in the 2013 Susquehanna Valley Band Festival to be held Jan. 18 and 19 at Mifflinburg Area High School: Aaron Rice, tuba; Justin Sands, saxophone; Chad Miller, trumpet; Leah Groff, clarinet, and Haley Lepley, clarinet.
