The Union-Snyder Agency on Aging will complete the PA-1000 Rebate forms (Property and Rent Rebate) for free. They offer appointments at numerous locations through the area.
People are advised that if they receive a letter offering to complete the PA-1000 for a fee ($41), they should disregard the notice and contact the Agency on Aging to schedule an appointment with their staff. Appointments may also be available at state representative’s offices.
