An Evening of Mystery: 24th Annual Library Auction on tap

LEWISBURG — Looking for the perfect gift for your Valentine? Why not take your sweetheart to The Public Library for Union County’s 24th Annual Auction, An Evening of Mystery, slated for March 16.

Held in the Terrace Room at the Langone Center on the campus of Bucknell University, this fundraising event will begin at 5 p.m. and will feature complimentary wine and beer, a deluxe dinner buffet and both silent and live auctions with auctioneer Neil Courtney.

Bid on unique items including jewelry, trip packages, gift certificates and more while socializing with other community members and business owners who also support the library. This year, the library will also be selling wine balloons during the auction. There will also be basket raffles and a door prize. I

Tickets are $50 each and are available for purchase at the library’s circulation desk. Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis until sold out. All proceeds from the event will be used to augment the collection of books and materials available for the community to borrow.
