SUNBURY -- Sunbury Lions Club Student of the Quarter, Billie Jo Moyer, received a $50 check from Lions president Jackie Nichols. Moyer is the daughter of Cathy Dunkelberger and stepdaughter of Stace Shrawder, of Sunbury. A senior at Shikellamy High School, she is a member of Spanish Club, FBLA, and is treasurer of P.E. Club. She plans to attend college majoring in business.
