WILLIAMSPORT — Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology, in conjunction with Voice Coaches, is offering a class on Making Money With Your Voice.
The noncredit course will be offered from 6:30 to 9 p.m. April 1; the cost is $35.
Participants will learn everything from getting started, working in the studio, effective demo-production methods and industry pros and cons, to where to look for opportunities in and around the community and how to land a job. Participants have the opportunity to record a mock commercial under the direction of a Voice Coaches producer.
Voice Coaches provides industry-leading educational resources, training and professional development to individuals pursuing professional voice acting. The company is a leader in voice-over production and evaluation, one-on-one training and demo development.
