SHAMOKIN DAM — North Shore Railroad (NSHR), the provider of privately owned rail service to the Central PA region and proponent of community development is giving back to the community with a sponsorship of $3,000 to Focus Central PA.
As part of the North Shore Railroad’s commitment to conduct their business with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism and be responsible civic partners with the communities they serve, they have chosen to sponsor Focus Central PA’s efforts to attract industry that can provide family sustaining wages.
Focus Central PA will use these funds toward creating and maintaining a powerful presence on the Internet and with Commercial and Corporate Site Location Selectors, ensuring our region and its commercial properties can be included in 97 percent of first round choices that are made by these professionals. Focus does this by speeding up and simplifying the process of property and information searches through the use of a dynamic data and sophisticated mapping technology, which can be accessed at http://www.focuscentralpa.org/Available-Properties.aspx.
