LEWISBURG -- On Dec. 19, Lewisburg Sunrise Rotary Club presented Phylicia Salsman, of Lewisburg, with the Student of the Month award from SUN Tech Technical Institute where he was taking the dental health technology course. Salsman plans on attending Lancaster Tech in the fall. Her instructor, Dorothy Randler, said she is a leader in the classroom, plays guitar, and is a people person. Her parents, Julie and Stanley Salsman were also there to support her.
