DANVILLE — Montour County Treasurer James Petro will be selling dog licenses at three locations in January.
They are 8 a.m. to noon Jan. 6 in the Liberty Township Fire Company, 2 to 5 p.m. Jan. 16 in the Anthony Township Building and 8 a.m. to noon Jan. 19 in the Washingtonville Fire Company.
Unless an owner has a lifetime license for a dog, licenses run from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 each year and not from the time they are purchased.
