CAMP HILL — The American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic along with participating Burger King Restaurants are offering the “Valentine Fun Pac™,” an initiative that allows patrons to purchase colorful valentines to help support children and adults with lung disease this winter. The promotion, now in its 24th year, runs through Feb. 14 at 87 participating Burger King Restaurants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Each Fun Pac costs $1 and contains 10 valentines designed for children to give out to others. The reverse side of the valentine contains a food coupon or drink coupon, which can be redeemed at participating Burger King Restaurants. In addition, the Valentine Fun Pac™ offers vouchers for a free April and a free May home game with affiliated and independent baseball teams across the Mid-Atlantic, along with coupons for discounted admission to Hersheypark and ZooAmerica during the 2013 season.
The funds raised during this promotion support asthma education and research programs of the American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic, which ultimately help children and adults afflicted with lung diseases year-round in the region.
