MIDDLEBURG — On Jan. 10, the president declared 16 counties in Pennsylvania as primary disaster areas and 35 contiguous counties where eligible family farmers may qualify for Farm Service Agency (FSA) Emergency Loan (EM) due to Hurricane Sandy that occurred during the period of Oct. 26 through Nov 8, 2012.
Applications may now be received up to the close of business on Sept. 10.
