NORTHUMBERLAND — Luzerne County Community College will offer courses for the spring semester in Northumberland and Kulpmont. Students can register for courses in Northumberland and Kulpmont at the Northumberland County Career Center at 2 E. Arch St., Shamokin.
Classes scheduled to be offered at the Northumberland Center include accounting, algebra, art appreciation, biology, business, CPR, criminal justice, early childhood education, economics, English, first year experience, music appreciation, paraeducator, science, history, and microcomputers. Also, health and physical education, human services, math, nutrition and wellness, philosophy, psychology, reading, sociology, speech, and others.
Classes scheduled to be offered at the College’s Kulpmont site include anatomy & physiology and nursing.
Both day and evening classes are offered at the Kulpmont and Northumberland locations.
Classes for the spring semester will begin on Jan. 14.
