NORTHUMBERLAND -- Charles C. "Chuck" Wells, 81, of Northumberland, passed away after a long illness on Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at his home. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the David T. Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut St., Sunbury.
