Sheldon H. Knepp, 64, McClure

McCLURE — Sheldon H. Knepp, 64, of North Stuck Street, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at the Lewistown Hospital.

He was born July 24, 1948, in Lewistown, a son of the late Floyd H. and Fae (Goss) Knepp. On May 4, 1975, he married the former Leona J. “Jane” Moyer who preceded him in death on May 25, 2012.

Sheldon was a 1966 graduate of Chief Logan High school.

He had previously been employed at the Lewistown Hospital, the American Viscose, Lewistown and also owned and operated S.H. Knepp’s used cars in McClure at the time of his passing.

Sheldon attended Samuel’s Church, McClure.

He is survived by one daughter, Andrea M. Marsh, of McClure; one son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Alexandra Morrow, of Florida; three grandchildren, Taylor and Kiarra Marsh and Cole Morrow; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith and Kim Knepp, of McClure and Rick and Penny Knepp, of Duncannon; one sister, Lucinda Wilson, of McClure and her significant other, Kenny Kline; one brother-in-law, G. Thomas Fike, of McClure; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Samuel’s Church, 480 Samuel’s Church Road, McClure, where the funeral will follow at 11 with Pastor Clark Kelsey officiating.

Burial will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.

Arrangements are by the Pheasant Funeral Home, 316 W. Market St., Beavertown .
