Rebecca I. Beaver, 57, Shamokin

SHAMOKIN — Rebecca I. Beaver, 57, of 211 S. Shamokin St., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. She was a resident of Shamokin for four years.

She was born March 29, 1955, in Snyder County, a daughter of Reed and Irene Kratzer.

Rebecca was a graduate of Selinsgrove High School.

She was employed as a school bus driver for the Selinsgrove and Midd-West school districts.

Rebecca enjoyed painting, woodworking and gardening. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by one son, Christopher Beaver, of Selinsgrove; two daughters, Jennifer Beaver and Heather Fogerty, both of Selinsgrove; one sister, Shirley Weaver, of Selinsgrove; one brother, Kim Kratzer, of Selinsgrove; and four godsons, Daniel, Jeffrey and JJ Swartzlander and Cole Mummey.

There will be no services.

The Farrow Funeral Directors, Shamokin, are in charge of arrangements.
