LEWISBURG — Michael W. Davis, 60, of Judy Road, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Jersey Shore on Sept. 13, 1952, he was the son of the late Dean and Florence (Bardo) Davis.
Mike attended Lewisburg High School and graduated from Columbus High School, Columbus, Ohio in 1970.
He was employed by Con Agra in Milton since 1970.
He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Milton and the American Legion in Lewisburg. He had served in the PA National Guards.
Mike enjoyed riding his motorcycle and shooting pool.
He is survived by two sons, Dean Davis, of Bridgeville, Del., and David Davis, of Lewisburg; eight granddaughters, one grandson, one brother, Scott Davis, of Lewisburg; and three sisters, Patricia Potter, of Phoenix, DeeDee Davis, of Indianapolis, and Faith Ann Epley, of Indianapolis.
A memorial service will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Buffalo Valley United Methodist Church, 954 Johnson Mill Road, Lewisburg, with the Rev. Daniel Hicks officiating.
The family will provide flowers and ask for memorial contributions in Mike’s name to be made to the Buffalo Valley United Methodist Church, 954 Johnson Mill Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
The family is being assisted by the Shaw Funeral Home 400 N. Front St. Milton.
