MIDDLEBURG — Robert T. “Bob” Shaffer, 76, formerly of Westfield Terrace, passed away at 2:55 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.
Arrangements will be announced by the Hummel Funeral Home, 574 Hill St., Middleburg.
