NORTHUMBERLAND — Esther M. (Kerstetter) Neiswender, 93, of Nottingham Village, formerly of 623 W. State St., Shamokin, passed away at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at Nottingham Village.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the James Kelley Funeral Home, 1001 W. Arch St. at Maple Street, Coal Township.
