WHITE DEER — William Edward Wagner, 70, of White Deer, died peacefully Monday morning Nov. 5, 2012, at his home.
Born in Lewisburg on July 4, 1942, he was the son of Mason Schnure and Mary (Marshall) Wagner. He was married to the former Susan Krebs, and his death breaks a marital union of 45 years.
Bill was a 1960 graduate of Milton High School and a 1964 graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
He was a civil engineer working with the state Department of Transportation before retiring in 1999.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are one son, Richard Mason Wagner, of Enola; one daughter, Pamela Kay Noone, of Lewisburg; four grandchildren, Richard Mason Wagner Jr., Anne Catherine Wagner, Brock James Noone and Rosalyn Kay Noone; and two sisters, Glenda Gabriel, of Coatesville, and Kathryn Warner, of High Point, N.C.
Following Bill’s wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
