Bonnie K. Miller, 73, Watsontown

WATSONTOWN — Bonnie Kay Miller, 73, of 2520 Springtown Road, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

She was born Aug. 24, 1939, in Washington Township, Lycoming County, the daughter of the late Belmont and Virginia (Weaver) Miller.

Bonnie was a graduate of Montgomery High School.

She worked as a cook at many establishments throughout her life, including Bradley’s Fern Park, Muncy, and the former Basket Restaurant, Allenwood. Bonnie also cooked at Bower-Decker American Legion Post 251, Montgomery, where she was a member, and she retired from the Milton 32 Truck Plaza.

She loved spending time with her family, friends and pets. Bonnie collected Fenton glass and dishes as well as antique dolls. She also enjoyed the outdoors, bird watching and planting flowers.

She is survived by her companion, Joseph W. Albertson, of Dewart; one stepdaughter, Debra Folk Anderson, of Virginia; one daughter-in-law, Sandra Folk, of Montoursville; one brother and sister-in-law, William “Bill” and Sandy Miller, of New Columbia; and two grandsons, Darrell and Brandon Folk, of Montoursville.

She was predeceased by one son, Gregory S. Folk.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main St., Watsontown, where the funeral will be held at 1 with the Rev. Michael Deal, pastor of White Deer Valley Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Brady Township.

The family welcomes flowers.
