WATSONTOWN — Charles Richard Smith, 81, of Pennsylvania Avenue, passed away Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Brooks Funeral Home, 124 Main St., Watsontown, with Pastor Gary Runtas, of the G.A.P. Fellowship Church in Williamsport, officiating.
