DUNCANNON — Brian Lynn May, 51, of Duncannon, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, with his loving wife by his side.
He was born June 6, 1961, in Harrisburg, a son of the late Nelson and Pauline (Freet) May. He was married to the former Angie Shetter who survives.
Brian was a dock worker for UPS Freight.
He was always busy with some project around the house, but in his free time he enjoyed gardening and hunting, especially turkeys.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by one son, Ethan May, of Enola; two stepchildren, Lyonna Bowersox, of Millerstown and Cody Bowersox, of Duncannon; one sister, Diane Bolden, of Enola; an uncle, Michael May and his wife, Barb; an aunt, Alma Flickenger and her husband, Charles, of Duncannon; mother and father-in-law, Terry and Randy Shetter, of Liverpool; brother-in-law, Randy Shetter Jr. and wife, Esther, of Mount Pleasant Mills; and sister-in-law, Tisch and Tim Wolfe, of Mount Pleasant Mills.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him, Evelyn and Nelson May, and his brother, Dennis L. May.
A visitation will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ronald C. L. Smith Funeral Home, 325 N. High St., Duncannon, followed by a memorial service to celebrate his life at 2.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
