Cynthia L. Snyder, 51, Watsontown

WATSONTOWN — Cynthia L. Snyder, 51, of Enterline Road, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at her home.

Born in Lewisburg on May 14, 1961, she was a daughter of Nancy J. (Smith) Finan of Forrest Hill and the late Clayton Franklin Finan.  She was married for six years to Homer “Fuzz” Snyder, who survives.

Cindy had worked for International Paper in Lewisburg and went back to school to become a nurse and worked at the Family Practice Center in Watsontown.

She loved to dance, spend time at the ocean, and rescue dogs from shelters.

She also made homemade soaps and candles with her husband.

She attended Freedom Life Church in Lewisburg.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by two sons Joshua Lehman, of Selinsgrove, and Curtis Reigel, of Montandon; one daughter Martha Finan, of Lewisburg; and one brother Clayton F. Finan Jr., of Lewisburg.

Friends and relatives will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St., Milton, and again from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday followed by the funeral at 11.

Burial will be in the Presbyterian Cemetery, McEwensville.

Memorial contributions in Cindy’s name may be made to the SUN Home Health Services, 61 Duke St., PO Box 232, Northumberland, PA 17857.
