BROOKVILLE — Terry Snyder, 61, of Brookville, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at his home.
He was born April 1, 1951, in Sunbury, a son of George Snyder and the late Dorothy (Culp) Snyder.
Terry attended Shikellamy High School.
He enjoyed spending time with family and was a great storyteller. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Steve and Dina Snyder, of Schnecksville, and Bob Snyder, of Bloomington, Minn.; two daughters, Annie and Sarah Snyder, both of Bloomington, Minn.; three grandsons and one granddaughter of Schnecksville; his companion, Melody Clark, of Brookville; one brother, George Snyder, of Northumberland; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen and Dick Stahl, of Northumberland, Cindy and Carl Milliron, of Osceola Mills, Pam Stender and companion Bucky Diehl, of Vicksburg, and Maggie and Rich Bogdan, of Angola, N.Y.; his best friend, Dave Barnhart, of Northumberland; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
At Terry’s request, he will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
