SHAMOKIN DAM — Ruby L. Sprenkle Willard, 80, of Shamokin Dam, passed away at 11:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at the SUN Home Hospice Care Center, Sunbury.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
