Central Keystone COG nets state honor for regional police help
HARRISBURG -- For its role in helping form the Buffalo Valley Regional Police Department, Central Keystone Council of Governments in Union County was local government officials and communities recognized Tuesday with the 17th annual Governor’s Awards for Local Government Excellence, presented by Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley in Harrisburg.
