MIFFLINBURG — The Herr Memorial Library is currently accepting entries for its annual ornament raffle. The winner will be drawn on Jan. 12.
The ornaments were created and hand-painted by Alan and Linda Elliott, who are Mifflinburg natives. The scene on this year’s ornament is the Herr Memorial Library.
This is the third year the ornaments were donated to the library, with the proceeds going to children’s programming. These original, one-of-a-kind ornaments are signed and dated by the artist and are a great addition to any collection.
Tickets can be purchased at the library for $1 each or six tickets for $5. For more information or to purchase raffle tickets, visit the library at 500 Market St., Mifflinburg or call 966-0831.
