BEAVER SPRINGS — The Seventh Annual Daddy Daughter Dance was hosted by Amy’s Heavenly Angels Relay For Life Team on Feb. 9 at West Snyder Elementary School. A total of 131 dads and 171 daughters attended the dance. Paul Wagner, of Picture This Photography, set up a studio and was taking professional photographs. Each family was offered a complimentary photo. Andre Wagner of A.W. Entertainment had a mixture of slow daddy-daughter dances, line dances, fun dances, and ditch dad and dance with your friend dances.
The evening also included a raffle drawing, guessing games, door prizes and refreshment. It was a phenomenal turnout for the annual event with a variety of ages — girls from toddlers to daughters in their 40s all looked like princesses. Dads arrived in suits, dress pants, or casual attire to dance the night away with their daughters.
