MILLERSBURG —
Learn about waterfowl and their seasonal migration patterns at The Ned Smith Art Center’s 18th annual Waterfowl Watch 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, March 10, along the banks of the Susquehanna River at the old Millersburg Gun Club headquarters (two miles west of the Ned Smith center).
Admission is free.
Scott Bills, land management group supervisor for the Pennsylvania Game Commission, will lead the program.
In past years, participants have been fortunate enough to spot Bald Eagles fishing in the river, in addition to ducks and geese. Dress warmly. Binoculars, spotting scopes, a warm fire and hearty refreshments will be provided.
For more information call the center at (717) 692-3699.
