MIFFLINBURG — A boy was killed Monday when the lawn mower he was operating overturned and landed on him, state police at Milton said.
The victim’s identity was not released.
The accident occurred at 6:01 p.m. at a home along Forest Hill Road, near Mifflinburg in West Buffalo Township, Union County.
Trooper Adrian D. Bordner, the investigating officer, said the death was accidental. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene by the county coroner.
No other information was available at deadline Monday night.
