ter his truck was hit in the rear while stopped for traffic by a truck driven by Piotr W. Wochnik, 42, of Burbank, Ill., at 6:15 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 80 at Mile Marker 213 in Turbot Township, Northumberland County, according to state police. The accident forced the closure of the eastbound lanes of the interstate for four hours, causing detours and traffic tie-ups on Route 147 and Interstate 180. Police said Bisel’s injuries weren’t life-threatening.
