WILLIAMSPORT (AP) — A north-central Pennsylvania businessman already facing child-porn charges is now accused of forcing a 17-year-old girl to have sex.
When 44-year-old Greg Barto and his 31-year-old wife, Amber, were arrested earlier this month, she was accused of making videos of him having sex with underage girls. A rape charge was added Wednesday. Greg Barto is accused of threatening a girl with a knife, saying not to tell anyone about the rape or he would kill her.
Defense attorney George Lepley says his clients are innocent and the girl has been changing her story.
