Muralist Pam Snyder-Etters explains the artistic concept of her mural of Milton's Capitol Theater. Snyder-Etters is painting a mural depicting the iconic movie palace on the wall of the Coup Agency on Broadway in Milton, next to the site of the theater, which was destroyed by fire in 1973.
