Lewisburg patrolman Brad Miller racks a bike onto the back of a police car Friday afternoon. Four Lewisburg officers are trained and certified as bicycle officers. Those officers are utilized for evening shifts, especially when Bucknell University is in session, police Chief Paul Yost said.
