Hornberger murder sentence delayed while judge weighs motion for new trial
MIDDLEBURG — The definition of “dwelling” may be a key factor in whether Seth M. Hornberger will be sentenced in Snyder County court Friday for killing Alan Martin or be granted a new trial.
