McCLURE — The West Beaver PTO sponsored a Family Swim Night at the McClure Veterans Pool on Aug. 24.
Staff, students, and their family enjoyed swimming in the pool water and chatting with friends. It was a terrific welcome back to school pool party.

The first PTO meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 28. Prior to the meeting at 6 p.m., there will be a “Meet and Greet Time” for parent to visit with the new principal, Mr. Harrison. The PTO organization consists of parents and teachers who work together to provide educational and fun activities for West Beaver students and their families. For those who cannot attend the monthly meetings, the minutes are posted on the school’s Web site at www.mwsd.cc. Minutes are also posted on the PTO bulletin board in the school lobby. In addition, a newsletter is also sent home with students to keep you informed of upcoming events and general information.
