MILTON — The Meadowbrook Expo and Open House will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at Meadowbrook Christian School in the Family Life Center. This is an interactive evening featuring presentations and projects by the first through sixth grade students.
This is also an opportunity to take a closer look at Meadowbrook Christian School. Tour the facilities, meet the teachers and administration, and see Meadowbrook students in action.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Meadowbrook Christian School is located off Route 254 in Milton, across from Stamm’s Dairy Restaurant. For additional information, call 742-2638.

State Board of Ed vote puts Common Core Standards in place for schools
HARRISBURG – The State Board of Education today voted to adopt final-form regulations to amend the Pennsylvania Education Code, putting into place the Pennsylvania Common Core Standards that requires students to demonstrate proficiency on a Keystone Exam or comparable exam in order to graduate high school.
