MILTON -- The Milton Varsity Competition Cheerleaders met recently with Steve Klapp, commander, of the Bower-Decker American Legion Post 251 in Montgomery. The Montgomery Legion was instrumental in helping these young women reach their financial goal of $21,000 by presenting them with a check for $5,000. The team was raising money to attend Universal Cheerleaders Association High School Nationals in Orlando, Fla. from Feb. 6-11.
