— The guys from PA Crude are at the Scarlet D in Mifflinburg from 8:30-11:30 with some tasty blues and classic rock, and folk singer Don Shappelle is on the terrace at Front Street Station, Northumberland, from 7-10 p.m.
Doug McMinn has a solo gig at the Blind Pig Pub at the Eagles Mere Inn from 7:30-10:30.
Also tonight, internationally-known songwriter Jim Scott will present a concert at the UUCSV, 265 Point Township Drive (Route 11), Northumberland, at 7:30. Scott worked with the Paul Winter Consort for years and is co-writer of the Consort’s “Missa Gaia/Earth Mass.” With a passion for ecology, justice and peace, Scott also wrote “Song for the Earth,” which was recorded at the UN in New York City. The concert is $10, and on Sunday, Scott will also participate in the UUCSV’s 10:30 a.m. service.
