SUNBURY —
SUNBURY - The Valley Players Community Theater Group will hold a “Future Planning Party” on Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. at The Packer House, where they have been performing their dinner theater for the past few years. The Packer House is located at 24 North 3rd St., Sunbury.
The group just completed the successful and sold out Neil Simon comedy “Last of the Red Hot Lovers,” and is looking for input on its summer production and beyond.
“We’ll be discussing new scripts, taking recommendations from the group for future plays, and most immediately planning for our Summer production,” president Joyce M. Hendricks said. “At the last production, we collected surveys from the audience on what they like, don’t like, what they want to see, and we’ll be talking about those results as well.”
Bring your ideas, talents and a positive attitude, Hendricks said. “You can also just come to sit back and listen, see how things typically run and learn more about the group. While the group has its share of outgoing, loving-the-limelight people, there’s a place for quieter, behind-the-scenes people too.”
Contact Hendricks at 898-5450 with any questions.
