SHAMOKIN DAM — The Kids’ Theatre Experience (KTE) provides the opportunity for kids to gain experience on the stage while developing character in young actors. KTE will perform “Annie Jr” on Friday, Aug. 4, at 7 p.m. at Brookside Ministries Church, 11 Stetler Ave., Shamokin Dam. The cast includes Olivia Lybarger as Annie, Natalie Shoch as Miss Hannigan, and Zach Frye as Mr. Warbucks, as well as more than 30 supporting actors, ages 5-13. The show is directed by Mindi Miller, Mary Mueller, Crystal Smallwood and Michele Pryor.
The performers will be hosting a bake sale the evening of the performance to raise money to provide education and housing for young people rescued from slavery.
