This weekend is Sunbury’s annual River Festival, which this year includes the debut of the riverfront amphitheater in Merle Phillips Park. Things get started tonight with the Valley’s Got Talent contest at Shikellamy High School at 7 p.m. Check out the newest talents in the region. All it costs you is a canned food donation or some cash.
Elsewhere this evening, those talented Dawson boys are at the Commons in downtown Selinsgrove for one of the Gelnett concerts from 6-7:30, and in Lincoln Park in Milton, local favorite Triple Dose plays from 6:30-8 p.m.
Beverly Conrad and Greg Burgess will be found at their usual Thursday hangout, Puirseil’s Pub on Sixth Street in Lewisburg from 6-8 p.m.
