BOYS BASKETBALL
BERWICK — Four different Danville players scored as the Ironmen rolled past Berwick for a 73-48 nonleague victory on Saturday.
Bret Berg led all scorers with 23 points, while Austin Renz added 14 and Zach Kozick added 13. Scotty Heeter scored chipped in an additional 10 points for Danville (4-1).
Danville is back in action on Thursday at the Pine Grove Invitational Tournament against Mahanoy Area.
East Juniata 70, Halifax 41
COCOLAMUS — Nick Lorenz and Bailey Coder scored 21 points apiece to lead the Tigers to the Tri-Valley League win.
Dylan Leonard added 10 points for East Juniata (6-1, 4-0 TVL).
Line Mountain 53, Juniata 42
MIFFLINTOWN — A game-high 28-point night by Bill Breinich also included seven rebounds as the Eagles took the TVL victory. Line Mountain improves to 5-3, 3-1 in league play.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Danville 56, Jersey Shore 14
DANVILLE — Behind junior Erica Heath’s career-high 17 points, the Ironmen took a dominating HAC-I victory over the Bulldogs.
Freshman Amber Renz added 13 points for Danville (4-0, 2-0 HAC-I), while Donie Ann Keeley chipped in 10 points for the Ironmen.
Upper Dauphin 56, Line Mountain 38
ELIZABETHVILLE — McKenzie Clark’s all-around game produced 23 points, eight rebounds and four steals, and it helped produce a Tri-Valley League win over the Eagles.
Sarah Lahr led Line Mountain (2-5 overall) with 12 points, while Madison Lagerman and Colleen Troutman added 10 points apiece.
Upper Dauphin improves to 4-3, 4-1 in league play.
Selinsgrove 34, Midd-West 22
MIDDLEBURG — The Seals led by 10 at the half, and they held on for the HAC-I victory.
Kierstin Craig-Sovic led Selinsgrove (3-4, 1-1 HAC-I) with 11 points.
Allie Camp scored 10 points for Midd-West (1-3 overall).
Milton 50, Mifflinburg 39
MILTON — Led by Katelyn Gensel and Mackenna Miller, the Black Panthers beat the Wildcats to claim their first victory of the season.
Miller scored 17 points and had nine steals, while Gensel added 15 points and 11 rebounds for Milton (1-4, 1-1 HAC-I).
Kayla Kline had 10 points for Mifflinburg.
Southern Columbia 46, Loyalsock 39
WILLIAMSPORT — Mallory Tomaschik scored 15 points and Kayla Lavella had 13 to lead the Tigers to the HAC-II win. Southern improves to 6-0 overall, 2-0 in conference play.

Shikellamy 3, Selinsgrove 1
SUNBURY — Zack Williams’ high game of 269 and his 679 series helped the Braves beat the Seals for the HAC win. Aaron Dues led the Seals with a 615 series, which included a high game of 247.
Central Columbia 3, Mifflinburg 1
SELINSGROVE — Austin Miller had a match-best 639 series for the Wildcats, but the Blue Jays took the HAC victory. Miller had games of 225 and 251 to lead Mifflinburg (1-3).
GIRLS BOWLING
Shikellamy 3, Selinsgrove 1
SUNBURY — All but one girl had a 500 series or better as the Braves took the HAC win.
Kaitlin Swank led Shikellammy with a 590 series. Selinsgrove was led by a 626 series from Brynn Musser. She had a 246 high game.
Central Columbia 3, Mifflinburg 1
SELINSGROVE — The Wildcats made it close against the Blue Jays, but they fell in the HAC matchup by just 30 pins. Brianna Hollenbach paced Mifflinburg (1-3) with a 609 series, which included games of 210 and 221.
