GIRLS TENNIS
SELINSGROVE — Lewisburg was benefitted with a default win at No. 2 singles en route to a 4-1 victory over Selinsgrove in a Heartland Athletic Conference match Thursday.
Sarah Graber beat Holly Billings 6-0, 6-1; and Claire Smyth downed Jillian Yavorek 6-0, 6-1 for Lewisburg (3-2). Laura Sprunt then got a win at No. 2 singles after Maryam Nasir pulled out due to illness. Sprunt was leading 6-1, 3-1.
The Green Dragons later got a three-set win by Alice Meng and Lily Hussar over Katie Kirchner and Frankie Damiano, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.
Selinsgrove (1-4) got its win at No. 2 doubles as Maggie Lemons and Hunter Shaffer upended Jamie Ptacek and Hannah Brock 6-4, 5-7, 10-7 in a super tiebreak for a third set.
Bloomsburg 4, Shikellamy 1
BLOOMSBURG — The Braves won one three-set match, but they also lost two of them as they fell in the HAC interdivisional matchup.
Alyssa Zerbe and Laura Herrold earned a three-set win for Shikellamy (1-3) by beating Leah Rehm and Kristin Rabinowitz 5-7, 6-2, 6-2.
Bloomsburg (2-3) got a three-set win by Megan Knorr over Jocelyn Schlegel at No. 3 singles — 6-3, 5-7, 6-2 — and a three-setter by its No. 2 doubles team, which took a 6-7 (9-7), 6-4, 6-2 win over Ally Hogan and Lindsay Johnson.

ALTOONA — John Hummel scored off an Austin Moore assist with 5:33 left in the third period to give the Warriors the nonleague win.
Ryan King made six saves to get the shutout for Northumberland Christian (2-1).
Bloomsburg Chr. 3, Sunbury Christian 2
BLOOMSBURG — Garrett Kline scored a goal and had an assist, and the latter helped Tim Smith to score the go-ahead goal to give the Knights a nonleague win.
Blake Jones and Hasan Temirov scored the goals for Sunbury Christian (0-1).

BLOOMSBURG — Abby Daddario scored goals in each of the second and third periods to lead the Eagles to the nonleague victory.
Emily Hendrickson made five saves to come away with the clean sheet for Sunbury Christian (2-0).
Northumberland Chr. 7, Great Commission 0
ALTOONA — Brooke Conklin and Emily Wolff scored three goals apiece to lead the Warriors to the nonleague win.
Alyssa Wesner chipped in a pair of assists and Conklin had one for Northumberland Christian (3-0).
