TURBOTVILLE -- After almost 90 minutes of action, Chris Schaeffer finally ended the game for Warrior Run by scoring off an assist from Brett Powell with just 24 seconds remaining in the first overtime to give the Defenders a 1-0 victory over Central Columbia in Heartland-II action Wednesday.
Jason McWiliams made 10 saves to get the shutout for Warrior Run (9-0, 6-0 HAC-II), which held a 13-11 edge in shots.

Mifflinburg 1
MIDDLEBURG -- The Mustangs picked up a much-needed win behind goals from Austin Good and Jake Keister that were scored in the final 17 minutes of action.
Good scored the game-tying goal for Midd-West (4-4, 3-3 HAC-I) with 16:53 remaining before Jake Keister connected on a Colton Keister assist with 8:23 left in the second half.
Clair Ferguson scored unassisted for Mifflinburg (4-4 overall) 3:50 into the second half.

Williamsport 0
WILLIAMSPORT -- Three goals by three different scorers came in the final 20-plus minutes for the Green Dragons as they took the HAC-I matchup over the Millionaires.
Udoka Eze, Calvin Reif and Bryan Speake scored for Lewisburg (7-0-1, 5-0-1 HAC-I), with all three coming off assists from Bronson Ferster.

MILTON -- Thanks to an overtime goal from Drayton Laverio scored off an assist from Luis Carrasco), the Braves won the HAC-I game to earn their first victory of the season.
Milton (2-3-1 overall) led 2-1 at the half on goals from Chase Geiger and Ed Babakov, the latter finishing with two goals in the game.
Seth Burk, who scored late in the first half for Shikellamy (1-7, 1-6 HAC-I), connected on a penalty kick midway through the second half to tie the game for the Braves.

St. John Neumann 4 (OT)
WILLIAMSPORT -- Zach Newbury had a trick in the game for the Warriors, but his most important goal came with 23 seconds left in regulation to tie the nonleague game against the Golden Knights.
Dan Severn added two assists for Northumberland Christian (11-0-1), including the assist on Newbury's game-tying goal.

LEWISBURG -- After a scoreless first half, Jenna Fisher scored twice in the first seven minutes of the second to lead the Seals to the HAC-I victory.
"It was a good game. Selinsgrove played better for most of the game and they deserved to win," said Lewisburg coach Jose Vega. "It was a well-played game."
Emily Cole scored for Lewisburg (2-2, 2-1 HAC-I) with 1:06 left in the game.
Selinsgrove improves to 6-1, 3-1.

LOYALSOCK -- The Wildcats fell in the HAC-II matchup, although they did get a goal from Rachel Bingaman with 6:55 left in the game to break the shutout. Mifflinburg is 2-4, 1-3 in league play.

MANDATA -- Six first-half goals by the Indians resulted in a big Tri-Valley League win over the Eagles, who fall to 2-5 overall.

SELINSGROVE -- Brooke Zeiders recorded a hat trick, while MacKenna Mahan, Jenna Knepp and Lexi Horst all scored two goals apiece for the Seals in the dominating HAC-I win.
Emily Klingler, Jenna Kapsar, Geneka Mahan, Tesa Hoffman and Nisha Orren tallied the other goals for Selinsgrove (5-3-1, 4-0-1 HAC-I).
GIRLS TENNIS
n Milton 3, Selinsgrove 2
SELINSGROVE -- The Black Panthers claimed three-set victories at both No. 1 and 2 singles to take the HAC-I matchup.
Selinsgrove (4-7, 4-5 HAC-I) also won two three-set matches -- at No. 3 singles from Sara Moyer and at No. 1 doubles from Brittney Aucker and Liza Smith.
Megan Rudloff and Hunter Shaffer both won in three sets for Milton (5-4).

Shikellamy 1
SUNBURY -- Tiara Bartol's win at No. 1 singles for the Braves prevented the Green Dragons from getting the HAC-I shutout.
Bartol beat Rachel Lipski, 6-4, 6-0, for Shikellamy (0-10).
For Lewisburg (2-11), the Green Dragons picked up three-set wins in both doubles matches.

n Lewisburg sweeps to remain undefeated
LEWISBURG -- The Green Dragons are still without a loss on the season behind first-place finishes from Sean Walker and Allison Graham.
Walker won the boys race in 16:51 for Lewisburg (12-0), while on the girls side Allison Graham won the Green Dragons, also 12-0.
