After a week off, the 410 sprint cars return to Williams Grove Speedway tonight.
The ARDC midgets will make their third and final appearance of the season at the speedway tonight. Tim Buckwalter leads Nick Wean by 97 points. Buckwalter and Brenden Bright have scored midget wins at the Grove this season.
With six point races left for the 410s, including tonight, Thomasville’s Greg Hodnett has a 525-point lead over Danny Dietrich of Aspers in a quest for this second track title. Both World of Outlaw events on Sept. 28-29 are full point races.

Even though Shamokin/Mount Carmel starting pitcher Austin Fry kept Ryan Wagner, Tyler Cook and Justin Keiser stranded on base to end the first inning, the three continued to bat well to lead Selinsgrove to a 13-1 victory Wednesday.
