WILLIAMSPORT — Park Place was the setting for the ceremony uniting Amy J. Shaffer and Igor Litvinov in marriage. The Honorable Mary Ann Ullman performed the service on Aug. 4, 2012.
The bride is the daughter of Deborah A. Shaffer and Roy A. Shaffer Jr., of Herndon. The bridegroom is the son of Larisa Litvinov and Eduard Litvinov, of Philadelphia.
Those bride chose her sister, Dr. Wendy Rissinger, as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily Rockey and Shaylyn Force, cousins of the bride.
Serving as best man for his brother was Alexander Litvinov. Groomsmen were Stanley Pesis and Alexander Fayvil, cousins of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at the Genetti Hotel in Williamsport.
The bride is a graduate of Line Mountain High School. She earned her juris doctor at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom is a graduate of George Washington High School. He earned his juris doctor at Temple University in Philadelphia.
The couple is living in Reading.
