SUNBURY — St. Luke’s Lutheran Church was the setting for the ceremony uniting Jennifer Lynn Whitmer and Kevin Bradley Debo in marriage. Pastor William Petry performed the service on July 21, 2012.
The bride is the daughter of Melissa and Kevin Whitmer, both of Sunbury. The bridegroom is the son of Susan and Malcolm Debo, of Selinsgrove.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Kevin Whitmer, and her grandfather, Richard Mantz. Maid of honor was Pamela Inch. Bridesmaids were Nicole Mensch and Kira Badman.
Serving as best man was Troy Badman. Groomsmen were Michael Debo and Brian Debo, brothers of the groom.
Heather Klock and Erin Kerber served as lectors. The guest book attendant was Candace Valteau.
A reception for 100 guests was held at the Shade Mountain Winery, Middleburg.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Shikellamy High School and a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in elementary education. She is a fourth grade teacher in the Selinsgrove Area School District and is working on her master’s degree through Lock Haven University.
The bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and will graduate from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in business administration. He is a marketing analyst for Weis Markets.
Following a honeymoon to Playa del Carmen, the couple is living in Northumberland.
