MILTON — Wynding Brook Golf Club was the setting for the ceremony uniting Lauren Kay Hemrick and Matthew William Brown in marriage. Gerald Hanscom performed the service at 5 p.m. Aug. 10, 2012.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Lisa Hemrick, of Watsontown. The bridegroom is the son of David and Cindy Brown, of West Valley City, Utah.
A reception followed the ceremony.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Warrior Run High School and a 2012 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in biobehavioral health. She is employed by Geisinger-Gray’s Woods, State College.
The bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Cyprus High School, Magna, Utah. He attends the Pennsylvania State University, majoring in crime, law and justice, and is a member of Penn State Army ROTC and the wrestling team. Following a honeymoon to Puerto Morelos, Mexico, the couple is living in State College.
