ASSATEAGUE ISLAND, Va. — Assateague Island was the setting for the ceremony uniting Jasell Cherise Mitch and Peter George Zerbe in marriage. With their family and friends gathered around, Captain Spider Fleming performed the service at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 8, 2012.
The bride is the daughter of Deborah and Bill Mitch, of Laurelton. The bridegroom is the son of Chuck and Nancy Zerbe, of Nazareth, formerly of Lewisburg.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She chose her sister, Chrystal Mitch, as maid of honor.
A wedding dinner followed at Etta’s Channel Side Restaurant.
Following a honeymoon to Chincoteague Island, Va., the couple is living in Watsontown.
